We want to make sure that there's transparency in how our neighbors' money is spent. This page is dedicated to show where the money came from and where it is going. This is also the place to check for our goals, and upcoming project expenses. 

 

 

 

General road repair

Due to continuing traffic, and erosion from weather occurrences, there's an ongoing need to maintain Hargis Ranch road, usually by hiring road grading equipment. Homeowners on side streets are responsible for maintaining their own roads, culverts and ditches.

Future road repairs

As more and more people move to the area and build homes, so will the need arise to improve Hargis Ranch Road proactively. Improvements, such as adding culverts, drainage ditches, gravel or pavement will become even more important. Along with those improvements will come the need for more funding, and help from neighbors. As those needs are identified, they will be posted here along with approximate costs, so that we can come together and achieve a common goal.
